to news and news in the holiday rental sector.
We are, as with almost any "new
sector" where technology plays an important role, due to problems due to
lack of control, regulation and unfair competition. Or at least those are the
arguments of one side of the coin.
On the other side, we find owners and managers
who demand greater facilities, equal conditions and rights to rent their house
to whoever they want.
Given this paradigm, we ask ourselves the
following question:

rentals?
From Cohosting we wanted to answer this
question as completely as possible, and for this, we have prepared a survey in
which more than 1000 owners and managers from all over Spain participated.
At the same time that we asked owners and
managers, we also contacted some of the most important companies and start-ups
of the panorama, to ask their opinion about it barcelona apartments.
In fact we want to take the opportunity to
thank all those who have taken their time to dedicate some lines, even knowing
the tightness of their agenda. Many thanks!
In this article you will find, therefore, a
summary of some of the most significant questions and answers of this study, as
well as the opinions of these companies regarding them.
